As a first time mum, I highly recommend Kristen. Treat yourself to her excellent prenatal and postnatal massages and coaching. We all need to look after ourselves to give our children our best. Eastern bliss with Kristen was an amazing experience. I have had relaxation massages with her before which have always been amazing. However, the eastern bliss was truly deep tissue massage and I felt my body to be drastically alert and find myself holding my posture better immediately after. I'm now a convert and will be requesting it for my next one as well!

I have enjoyed several massages with Kristen, and recently experienced her Miracle Worker. She was so very gentle as she massaged my face, arms, neck and shoulders with fragrant oils, a mask, hot stones, and other methods that left my skin feeling refreshed and vibrant. The effect lingered for days, and was especially beneficial since I had it done three weeks in a row. Miracle Worker is a must try!
