I can easily see myself eventually incorporating Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and ultimately completing studies in natural medicine. As a provider of Zen Bodytherapy, I utilize structural integration and alignment techniques to correct the posture and structure of the body, allowing energy to properly flow through its channels, and creating efficiency with movement. I apply these techniques within a session, allowing clients to let go of their pain and suffering and live fully and freely. I also utilize swedish and sports massage in conjunction with Zen Bodytherapy techniques to help my clients relax and de-stress.
