I have been a licensed massage therapist in the state of Texas since 2014. I entered into massage therapy following the completion of my bachelors degree.  Stress levels in the office were palpable and I found myself wanting to help these people, rather than work in the office myself.  I tend to specialize in upper body dysfunction, something that is common in our society due to long hours at a desk or on electronic devices, and a lack of movement.  My primary focus in sessions is  rooted in the biomechanics of the human body through exploration of opposing muscle groups.  

 My ultimate goal is to provide my clients with a place to which they can escape and pursue their health and wellness goals without compromising comfort or relaxation.  I strive to incorporate a range of modalities, tailored to your needs, in each session.   I believe that you need to be in an environment that allows you to fully relax for our work together to be successful.  For this reason, I try to combine a spa-like atmosphere with therapeutic massage.  Additionally, I do not assess an up-charge for small luxuries like targeted hot stone work or hot towels, and I do not accept tips in my practice because I don't want money or time to occupy headspace during your treatment.  In consideration of your health, as well as my own, I use cremes and lotions formulated without the use of preservatives and avoid harsh chemicals.  I operate a mostly paper-free office in the interest of being as eco-friendly as possible.
