Michelle facilitated the first program for pregnancy massage at the Kingston Hospital. This program focused on pre and post-natal therapies. Michelle is also a Certified Educator of Infant Massage and a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. While building her private practice in the Stockade district of uptown Kingston, Michelle worked in New York City and the Spa at Mohonk. Michelle’s knowledge and techniques are always evolving. Currently, some of her areas of expertise include, deep tissue massage, myofascial work, trigger point therapy, pre-natal massage, and aromatherapy. Michelle believes, “If we listen to our bodies, they can guide us.” Hudson Valley Works is a sanctuary where client’s needs are listened to and addressed. Michelle strives to provide a place where people can get quality bodywork that is affordable. Michelle’s motto is, “People are not a number here, we establish relationships.”
