In 2014 I became a massage therapist after a long career working with children and youth in psychiatry. The transition has been wonderful, I’m still helping people but in a more peaceful way. I offer different services out of my home and most recently have been certified to do cupping and have taken courses with the great Erik Dalton in myoskeletal alignment therapy. I have a deep passion for fascia and scar tissue work yet integrate relaxation into my therapeutic treatments. Massage can make a huge difference in reducing stress and pain, increasing relaxation and assisting in a restful sleep. I’m registered with the CMTO and am a member of the RMTAO.
