I became a massage therapist because I have a love of helping others. I attended The Center for Massage & Natural Health in Asheville, NC, and have since taken Continuing Education courses in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy & Advanced Sports Massage. I take great pride at being able to give my clients relief from pain. My goal is always to work towards improving my client's overall health. I use a combination of deep tissue, trigger point therapy and relaxation modalities to tailor a massage to fit the clients needs. I don't tie myself to a set routine so that I am able to make each session the varying needs of the client. My specialties are neck, low back and sciatic issues, but I have been told that my straight relaxation session are some of the best around. I believe in listening to clients needs and being present in the session to address those needs. I look forward to working with you.
