Massage plays an important role in keeping your mind, spirit and body, beautiful, relaxed and at a natural state of homeostasis.  If you are being seen by a doctor or are on any medications (including vitamins/supplements), you must let me know prior to your massage.  Certain illnesses and/or medications will require a doctors note, signed by your doctor, for approval to massage.
