Hello. I am Anne Smyth, LMT 

I went to The Finger Lakes School of Massage and graduated Oct. 2015. I have been working in the industry since. I spent a few years at The Waterfalls Spa in Cortland NY and a few more at the Hawkeye Spa in Cooperstown, NY. 

This is an exciting time for me, because I have left the spa world to pursue my dream of owning and operating my own massage studio.

Ann is very skilled and was able to relieve the pain I was having in my hip area. She also accommodated my request to be able to lay on my side because of low back stress. I will definitely be scheduling more massages with Ann!

I’ve had a significant injury for over 20 years. I’ve had many surgeries, treatments etc. you just can’t fix permanent nerve damage. My neck and shoulder area were causing me sleeplessness nights and constant pain. After a deep tissue massage with Anne, I woke up this morning shocked that I slept all night! She worked on my problem areas and did an amazing job. Knowing during my massage… I found someone that could help me. I bought a package deal without hesitation. So thankful to have found Anne AND relief!
