The VA should pay her more. It’s a shame that small-business owners trying to help the veteran community get stiffed on payments, delayed compensation for work already done, and sloppy referral management. The VA will always blame community care for not doing its part, when it is the VA that consistently fails veterans and the people trying to help them.
