Viola is the Director of the Licensed Massage Therapy Program at Central Texas College/Central Campus, Department of Health Sciences. She is an experienced massage therapist of twenty seven years, graduating from the Austin School of Massage Therapy in 1995. Viola has over 1000 clock hours of continuing education in the massage and bodywork career field. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (200RYT) with the Yoga Alliance. After her family, Viola’s love of the holistic health profession is secondary only to her love for our military. She was instrumental in the implementation of the Warrior Combat Stress Reset Program/Behavioral Health Department/Darnall Army Medical Center and worked part time there as a
massage/reiki/reflexology therapist for five years. During that time, she also served as the coordinator and as a therapist for the CAUSE (Comfort for America’s Uniformed Services) Massage, Reiki, and Reflexology Program at Fort Hood’s Warrior Transition Brigade for four years.
Prior to her massage therapy career, Viola served twenty years as a Department of Defense Civilian,
working for the U.S. Army both stateside and overseas. Her husband is retired Army Armor Officer, and she has many Veterans in her family history.  Viola and her husband are also business owners.
