I have been a massage therapist since 2012. I began my education learning from the International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego, California and continued my education at the Professional Center of Awareness and Bodywork. I have received training in the following modalities; structural integration, sensory repatterning, swedish, circulatory, thai, deep tissue. sports, lomi lomi, trigger point therapy, postural alignment as well as various types of energy healing including reiki and munay-ki. I am a yoga teacher and like to blend on the table work with stretching advice for at home. I am a firm believer in the useful healing application of hands on bodywork and stretching. I have had clients who were able to completely avoid spinal surgery just by getting regular massage alongside implementing a regular at home stretch and self massage practice. The minimum I recommend getting bodywork done is once a month throughout the year.
