I have been involved in massage therapy for over 16 years. I was inspired to take up massage and bodywork through a chance conversation while working at the Denver Chamber of Commerce. From there I found a fantastic school, Center of Advanced Therapeutics, run by and staffed with great teachers. 

I have never stopped being curious about massage techniques and the beauties, power and capacity of people. It is from that curiosity that I practice. It is from that curiosity  I seek out different experiences and perspectives to grow from. This has taken me to aikido dojos to the ocean to tea ceremony rooms to many diverse place to learn about how to find strength and suppleness in my clients and myself.

I do not see any session with a client as a “deep tissue” or “sports” or “relaxing” massage. All that matters is what my client needs on the day I see them or what goal they are working towards. Whether a session is for preventing or recovering from surgery, relieving TMJ, doing sports related work or helping a singer/musician "tune" their body I switch modalities based on my client's needs. 

Practicing on Maui allows me to swim, SUP surf, body surf and hike with my son and friends almost everyday. When in Maui feel free to join other clients and myself as we enjoy the fruits and beauty of Maui.
