She is very strong and excellent at working out the knots in my muscles. I love the music she has playing and the hot towel. This is the best I felt in a long time. I booked a follow up for the end of February.

About 19 months ago I was diagnosed with cancer; then underwent surgery and chemotherapy treatment. I have been exhausted and listless. My oncologist recommended massage. I kept putting it off for various reasons. This massage was so revitalizing. Teresa knows how to identify and really work out all those tension areas. Last night I had such a deep and restful sleep. I am committed to making massage part of my monthly self care!

Loved the instrumental playlist, the ambience was perfect. Teresa did a remarkable job focusing on my key pain areas, the relief from my chronic pain areas was immediate. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Teresa is the best. She's a great conversationalist, attentive to your needs, and does a great job overall. I only wish I had more time to visit more often. Each time I have been, I've left feeling much better than I arrived and sleep very well that night.
