Kathy is awesome!!!

I've been seeing Kathy for over a year now, usually at least once a month, and I can't recommend her enough. What I appreciate most is that she actually listens. Every appointment starts with a conversation about how I'm feeling, where I'm carrying tension, and what needs attention that day. She tailors each session to what I need rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I carry a lot of stress and tension in my muscles, and her deep tissue work has made a huge difference. She's great at finding problem areas and working through them effectively. She also incorporates cupping when needed, which has been incredibly helpful for some of my more stubborn areas of tension. The biggest thing for me is how much better I feel when I leave. I walk in tight and tense and always leave feeling looser, moving better, and more like myself again. On top of that, scheduling, booking, and payment are all easy and seamless. If you're looking for an experienced massage therapist who is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping her clients feel better, I highly recommend her.
