Jennifer Phibbs, LMT has had a lifelong passion in helping others. She began following that passion when she enrolled in massage therapy school in 1996. Jennifer officially began her professional career when she graduated from the Dayton School of Medical Massage (DSMM) in 1998. She received her license in Massage Therapy from The State Medical Board of Ohio in 1999. Since that time, Jennifer has owned and maintained a private practice and has been active in the massage therapy community holding positions in both education and leadership.

Jennifer has been an Assistant Massage Therapy Instructor, Clinical Director, President of the Advisory Committee at DSMM, and on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) as 3rd, 2nd, and 1st Vice President.

Currently, Jennifer is a Lead Massage Therapy Instructor and Program Manager at DSMM. She continues to serve on the Board of Directors; she is the elected President of the Ohio Chapter of AMTA. Jennifer is also the Owner of Tangere Therapeutics, LLC, a medical massage clinic in Kettering, Ohio.

Jennifer takes passionate pride in her chosen profession of massage therapy and actively promotes the benefits of massage therapy to her clientele, students, as well as to the general public. She stays current on research and education in massage therapy by reading, writing, instructing, and taking bounteous hours of continuing education. Massage Therapy has a long history in medicine and wellness. Jennifer is proud working with other healthcare practitioners to continue that history. She admittedly believes that massage therapy is an integral part in achieving wellness goals.
