Lacy was so good to get me in when I was in pain with a spasmed low back. She gave me the deep tissue massage that I needed and helped figure out my low back issue.

My right ankle pain is decreased and I noticed I have more flexibility in the ankle and the foot now. I have more range of motion in my lower back and did not wake up with back pain and stiffness.
