I am a licensed massage therapist with over 5 years of experience trained in a variety of modalities including: deep tissue, relaxation (Swedish), sports, pregnancy, myofascial release, LIFT, reiki, hydrotherapy, cupping, treatment, neuromuscular, trigger point and aromatherapy. 

My passion for massage stems from a fascination with the human body; how it works, how it heals and how massage therapy can help and I am always learning and expanding my knowledge. I find joy in helping people get relief from their aches, pains and everyday stress and get back to living the life they love. I believe in a full body approach to healing and the mind/body connection. I customize each massage to what the client needs and what their body is telling me at each visit. I do not believe massage should be cookie cutter. 

My clientele have included people recovering from various surgeries, TMJ disorder, headaches, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, frozen shoulder, anxiety/depression, musculuoskelatal injury, decreased range of motion, lower back pain, stress, sleep disorders, cancer related fatigue, and carpal tunnel, just to name a few. 

I love building relationships with people and others in the health care profession so, if I we are working together and we are not getting the results we are looking for I am more than happy to help you find other people/ways to get you to feeling like your best possible self!
