I graduated Northeastern University in Boston with a degree (BS) in math and computer science. After 15 years in the computer field, I returned to school, graduating from the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, a four year professional program in the healing sciences, in 1999.

A licensed massage therapist since 2001 and a certified lymphedema therapist since 2005, I have 300 hours of training in lymphatic drainage, including advanced study at the famed Foldi Clinic in Germany.  I am licensed in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

I have extensive experience working with clients diagnosed with lymphedema, providing lymphatic drainage to reduce swelling, compression bandaging and teaching clients how to successfully manage their lymphedema independently.  In addition, I have considerable experience working with patients before and after surgery (joint replacements, plastic surgery, liposuction) using lymphatic drainage to reduce bruising, swelling and pain.

I specialize in lymphatic drainage for the treatment of lymphedema, oncology massage for adult and pediatric patients, therapeutic massage, energy healing & Integrative Reflexology.

I have lipedema and went to Jill for lymphatic drainage, which was a very positive experience. She was also quite knowledgeable about lipedema, which was very helpful. She showed me tips on how to do lymphatic drainage myself. I will go back again for additional treatments.

I had a wonderful experience with Jill and would highly recommend her for lymphatic drainage massage. I came to her because I was dealing with persistent swelling around my eyes, and I noticed a real improvement in both the swelling and discoloration after my sessions with her. Jill has a warm, calming manner, and the massages themselves are incredibly relaxing. She was also very helpful in teaching me lymphatic drainage techniques I could do on my own at home, which I really appreciated. She is gentle, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping her clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Jill in the future. Highly recommend!

It was good lymph drainage massage. I do prefer the method that uses a dry brush and wand though. It seems to have more results.
