I've been in wellness for six years as a personal trainer and in July of 2017 I graduated from CCMT in Newington and added massage therapy to my list of skills to help my clients with their health and wellness goal.


I enjoy the puzzle of orthopedic massage and figuring out how to help heal an injury and I am able to hone these skills while working out of a physical therapy clinic as well.
