As a graduate of Columbia College in Massage Therapy, with an emphasis on Neuromuscular studies, she has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to how muscles and nerves work together to produce movement. She currently specializes in helping clients experiencing Sciatica to find relief and develop healthy habits for reducing pain and discomfort.
Monica gained a wealth of knowledge in Nursing school which amongst many skills learned, she was taught the importance of being aware of others needs as well as having excellent bedside manner. In addition to massage, Monica holds many certifications in various modalities including Lymphatic Drainage, Acupressure, Reiki, Kinesio Taping, Aromatherapy, Cupping and Thai Massage.
