For as long as I can remember I have wanted to enter into a profession of caring and health. I attended massage school in Upstate New York beginning in 2000 and earned my Associates in Applied Science, Massage Therapy in 2002, one of the first programs in the country to provide a degree in massage therapy.

I attended massage school in Upstate New York beginning in 2000 and earned my Associates in Applied Science, Massage Therapy in 2002, one of the first programs in the country to provide a degree in massage therapy.
My goal is to help you feel better than when you arrive, whether it's through addressing pain due to injury or chronic conditions, or by creating a relaxing atmosphere where your worries melt away. I am trained in several modalities and often use different techniques to address each specific problem. Some of these modalities include Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Thai Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Sports Massage. I also tailor my use of essential oils to each person and visit.

The suite is very quiet, no outside noise to distract from the experience. Karen asks if the pressure is appropriate throughout the massage.
