Jill Kauffman graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY in 2007. She has worked in a variety of settings, from spa to medical massage clinic, from the east coast to the west coast. She loves myofascial work, and working with people to reduce chronic pain. She believes that healthy, nurturing touch is crucial to reducing stress and increasing a sense of well being. Jill aims to provide an integrative, balanced session that leaves you feeling relieved and nourished.

I've been to other Massage Therapist and most are good but when I started to go to Shift Therapeutic Massage I realize that there not all the same. Jill is awesome and now I can't see myself going anywhere else.

Jill is very attentive to the amount of pressure desired for your comfort. She has essential oils and heated pads for enhancements to the massage. I will definitely be returning.
