I graduated from National University of Health Sciences, in Lombard, IL, on August 19, 2010, with certification in massage therapy. I am nationally certified through NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork). I am a member of AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association), and am licensed in the state of Wisconsin.

I use a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release techniques in order to relax the nervous system, soften muscle tissue and increase joint mobility. I believe in the body's ability to heal itself and that massage therapy is one of the many paths to restoring health and wholeness to the body. I am a strong supporter of self-care, and my intention for every session is to create a space that allows the mind and body to return to its natural state of harmony and balance.
