My name is Elizabeth and I have been a licensed massage therapist for almost 10 years. I love my job. I love customizing massages to fit the needs of my clients. Injury work is one of my favorite types of body work. I like trying to fix things! TMJ work is another one of my favorites because so many people hold tension in their jaws. It can lead to headaches and neck tension, among other things. I will soon be adding cupping and hot/cold stone massage to my practice!

I love working on expecting mothers throughout their pregnancy and then helping them return to feeling like "themselves" after they have delivered.

I have had the opportunity to work in two Chiropractic offices for the majority of my career. Medical or Injury massage is one of my favorite forms of massage because I love seeing the progress in my patients and helping them get rid of their aches and pains, or rehabilitate an injury.
