I have been a healthcare professional for more than eleven years.  Working as a hygienist,  I began to experience pain in my neck and upper back so I looked into massage therapy as a treatment option. After receiving massage,  my pain and posture improved. Because massage helped me so greatly, I was inspired to study to become a massage therapist. I still enjoy working as a hygienist, but my passion has become massage therapy.

Since becoming a massage therapist, I have been able to help my clients achieve pain relief, muscular balance and increased flexibility. I specialize in Nueromuscular Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and I am also a Medical Massage Practitioner.  My primary focus is rehabilitation and pain relief but I also offer and enjoy giving my clients a nurturing and therapeutic relaxation massage as well.
