one day my dearest friend gave me some time to myself from being mom- my neck was hurting and i had been finding myself increasingly grumpy at the kids for little reason, and I got myself a massage.
It was life changing! Here was someone who didn't know me at all, yet nurtured and cared for me without prejudice. I cried. This was deeper than just touch. I felt connected once again to the song that I am but had forgotten along the way.
And so that was the beginning of my massage journey...
