This course was an online study course that allowed me to learn how to integrate everything I've learned and apply it to the body through a series of sessions. The idea is to break up the sessions and apply techniques which are valuable to each individual session, create a plan that prioritizes what area needs attention first, and customize each session depending on what the client is presenting with.
This certification course was a total of 100 hours of hands on learning and documentation studying the anatomy of the feet, body systems, and how everything is linked together. Reflexology is an ancient holistic therapy to help balance body systems and promote blood flow, oxygen and information to the other correlating areas of the body.
