Kendra is a very gifted therapist. She listens carefully and finds the root of all aches and pains even ones I didn't realize were issues! She has been helping me with some long standing problems that I wasn't sure would ever get resolved. It is not instantaneous and I try and do my part in between sessions. Kendra is amazing and well worth the wellness investment.

Kendra was amazing. She relieved pain and knots that I've been dealing with for years. She knew her physiology better than anyone I've ever spoken to (And I majored in Exercise Physiology). I left and immediately sent her information to my family and friends to get on her schedule! She was also a really lovely person with a great smile and personality. She gave me an extra 30 minutes for free because it was my birthday!
