Lauren started massaging in 2016. In 2018 she completed a 2200 hour Diploma in Massage Therapy at Wholistic Health Training & Research Centre in Edmonton, Ab. Over the years Lauren gained experience in Deep tissue, Ashiatsu, Hot Stone Therapy, & Reiki. In May 2021 she completed a skin care course at MC college in Kelowna and now provides spa facials as well.
