I graduated from American Institute of Clinical Massage in 2013. There I completed a 1025 hour course of combined in class and hands on learning. Through the school, I was introduced to the Hawaiian massage Lomi Lomi, La Stone®, medical and Swedish massage to name a few.

I also studied and practice the Ingham Method® Foot Refelxology through the International Institute of Reflexology®, the nation's leading authority in reflexology.

Being a servant to people and myself, I have come to learn that it takes a lot to be healthy. And that journey to be healthy starts with turning inside. Most of us live in a state that we call, "out of our bodies". We are always going, so it’s hard to just take a minute to breathe and see what is going on within us. Did you notice you were holding tension in your shoulders or face? When was the last time you had a fresh glass of water or dose of sunshine? We must take care of ourselves so we can be there for others that we love and care for. Be kind to your body. We all live in a get up and go world, but it is okay to take some time to reduce stress so you can be the best you! We can do this together!
