I was once an unhealthy anxiety-ridden teenager who struggled daily just to function. I had my first massage when I was sixteen years old and from that day I told myself I had to become a massage therapist to help others feel more relaxed and in-tune with their mind, body and soul. Right after high school I went to massage therapy school in Salem Oregon and began my journey, not just healing others but also myself. I discovered the healing benefits of massage, meditation, yoga and holistic natural healing. I worked in a few clinics, spas and wellness centers but just couldn't find my niche. I became a mobile therapist so I could have control over my schedule, my time and practice any modalities I wanted to. Four years later I decided to obtain my Reiki certificate, since I had been studying Reiki and shamanic healing for almost seven years. Reiki has allowed me to learn healing from a Spiritual aspect. I began to study Crystal Reiki, Ceremonial Smudging and energy cleanses. These are things I cannot do with a massage license, so it's nice having two modalities to switch with once in a while. I know I don't want to do massage forever, and I know a career change my happen in the future - but for now I want to provide you with a beautiful and healing gift.
