Meredith began her journey as a massage therapist as a client on a massage table. In a season of life where dysfunction in her body abounded, she found the assistance her body needed to rebalance and restore through bodywork and massage. The care and attention she recieved made such an impact on her life that it ignited a passion in her to be part of other people's health and wellness journeys.

Prior to entering the massage field, Meredith recieved her Batchelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication and Christianty from Houston Baptist University. She worked for many years as a ministry assistant in the local church. When her motherhood days arrived, she decided to stay home and care for her babies. She and her husband have been blessed with four children, all currently elementary age. In her free time (ha! there's not a lot of free time when you have 4 kids!), She enjoys reading, playing games, watching movies, spending time with her family, being outdoors, traveling and sewing. She does not enjoy doing dishes, taxes or cleaning toliets.
