I have always had a calling to the art of Massage.  It took a long time to get into school for it, but after I was able to acquire the financial stability to attend the Aveda Institute of Houston, I was amazed.  I had truly found my calling.  I am a fully licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Texas.  It has been a growing experience and a wonderful.  I am specialized in therapeutic massage, deep tissue, massage cupping, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage.  I adore learning new things about the body and I have advanced training in TMJ, knee and joint issues and I have learned to do assessment on lower limb issues.  I have also been studying the release of tension in the connective tissue of the body for improved pain management and other health issues.  When using the methods I have learned together in an integrated fashion I am able to give a wither range of motion to locked joints and a significant decrease in all forms of chronic pain.  


I mainly stay inside the Houston area, but I travel far and wide in Texas.  I will drive along the 45 corridor into Spring and into the Magnolia, Bryan/College station area, along with Austin on occasion.  

Other than massage I am working on becoming a licensed yoga instructor so that I can find other ways to integrate yoga movements into a full body care system for my clients by showing stretches and poses that will aid in long term benefits of massage and whole body wellness.
