Karen received her massage therapy training at Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2007. She has worked in private practice, a chiropractor's office and a wellness center. During her massage therapy training, she was introduced to a variety of energy therapy techniques, which has since become her passion and inspired further training in CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, Therapeutic Touch and IET. She uses a blend of these techniques to be able to provide the best treatment approach specific to one's needs. She has seen amazing results in clients that have fibromyalgia, headaches/migraines, stress/anxiety, and pain.
