Mary is extremely knowledgeable about muscles, their anatomy, and the relation to breathing and nervous system health. As someone who consistently gets massages for therapeutic release, I can confidently say that the myofascial massage I received from Mary was the best for deep seated issues that I have been experiencing. I could not recommend her more!!

Mary offers a full-body relaxing and centering experience with flowing movements, incorporating breathing, use of hot stone, cupping and hot towels. Her space is clean and calming. She is very skilled and professional. One of the best massage therapists that I always look forward to seeing!

Mary is a truly a master at her craft. I have booked her services twice now, and let me tell you, best massage experience ever! I went to Earth Star for a prenatal massage and Mary was nothing short of amazing. I felt so much relief in my lower back and the tension in my neck was released. She also helped alleviate the numbness & tingling I get in my hands from pregnancy carpal tunnel. I was so comfortable and felt so relaxed during and after my session. My only regret is not getting prenatal massages sooner in my pregnancy!

I can’t recommend Mary enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and truly takes a therapeutic approach to massage. Every session starts with her assessing how my body is feeling. She asks questions, listens carefully, and observes so she can tailor the treatment specifically to what I need that day.
She never rushes the session and you can tell every movement is intentional. What really stands out is her understanding of the body and fascia. She has been amazing at working around my injured arm while still helping release tension and fascia in a way that has made a huge difference in my recovery.
Her space is also very conveniently located and the ambiance is so calming and relaxing. The moment I walk in I feel at ease and I always leave feeling like my whole body got a complete reset.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who is both skilled and genuinely cares about helping you feel better.

I had an excellent massage session and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Mary was very professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to focus on the areas that needed the most attention, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. I definitely enjoyed my experience. I felt so relaxed and felt lots of clarity by the end of our session. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole session, and was very open to questions or clarifying any thoughts. Highly recommend!!!
