I appreciate the guided breathing Mary has you do while she works into your problem areas. She has very strong hands and times her pressure with your breathing rhythm to get deeper work in. She always checks with you throughout the session if she needs to back off or apply more pressure so you never leave feeling beat up but always the perfect amount of worked on. She also goes the extra mile with her space and many gadgets to provide an all encompassing ambiance that goes a long way in aiding relaxation during the work.
