I had an amazing first experience with Mary and already thinking about other treatments to try.

Best massage I’ve ever had! Love the way Mary took the time to learn about what I am experiencing and different ways my life impacts my body. Mary’s skill is shown in her work and knowledge of the body. She massages in a way that I productive and healing rather than painful.

I honestly wish that you worked with the insurance companies. A bit pricey, might be awhile for me to come back but I love how you pin pointed on focusing on the areas I need to be worked on and wished it was longer. Time went by too fast. My body feels better than before, thank you.

I booked a muscle‑recovery session with Mary and I’m so impressed with her skill. She knows exactly how to find tension, release it, and get your body feeling balanced again. The pressure was perfect, the flow was intentional, and I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and actually recovered. If you’re training, lifting, or just dealing with everyday tightness, she’s the one you want working on you.

All services were very professional. Ambiance very relaxing although vehicles from the road can be heard.

The lymphatic drainage massage was very relaxing. It was my first and I didn’t know what to expect, but I already notice differences. I’m less bloated, I feel lighter, and I’m not as fatigue and sluggish as I usually am. BOOK NOW!
