The healing of massage changed my life. I first learned about massage when I was going through a traumatic time in my life. I came to learn and believe in the natural ways of healing and will always hold that belief first in mind when it comes to helping myself and others.

Due to the death of my brother, then stepfather, and a divorce all at once I developed anorexia and became severely depressed. I couldn’t help myself, or my son anymore, so my mother sent me to get a healing massage with essential oils and Reiki.  I also attended therapy for seven months. While in therapy, I began to heal.  My therapist saw something in me that led us talk about my going to school for massage to help others. 

I truly wanted to help people the way she helped me, so in 2012 I attended Hawaii Healing Arts College, and completed the Intensive Training Program. In school I learned Myofascial Release Technique, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Stretch, Sports Massage, an Introduction to  Shiatsu, and received my certification in Traditional Hawaiian Lomilomi.

To this day I continue to practice my skills, and am passionate about learning and sharing the natural healing arts with others!
