My goal is to help expecting mothers during one of the most stressful times in their lives. This is a time when women are constantly bombarded by physicians, well-meaning family members and strangers, when they should be reducing their stress, being with their growing baby and being themselves. I am here to offer that type of environment. I offer 60 and 90 minute prenatal massages; as well as a 60 and 90 minute postpartum massage once you've given birth when self care is equally crucial!
