When I work with my clients, I value and honor all of who they are. My goal is to help aid in the personal transformation of an individuals overall health and wellness. Massage, Reiki, Life Coaching, these are my tools.

In the end though, I am your guide, on your journey. But you must take the first step, the next step, and every single step in between. After all it is your life, and it requires you living it, no one else can do it for you.

Codie was very welcoming as was the entire atmosphere of the place. Rustic or vintage, whichever word you prefer is what I would use to describe the feel of the place but it's absolutely fitting and my kind of place. Codie took the time to listen on what areas needed more attention than others and made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way.

Had to tell a friend or anybody if you ever think you had a massage you need to go see Codie that lady gives a great massage. She was excellent professional. She really took out all the kinks in my back.
