In the end though, I am your guide, on your journey. But you must take the first step, the next step, and every single step in between. After all it is your life, and it requires you living it, no one else can do it for you.

Each experience I have with Codie demands FIVE STARS!!!!! Yesterday's session was over the top amazing. She was able to totally relate with my pain and allowed my body to actually speak to her about my needs. This was a very powerful experience and I encourage others to allow her to work her loving magic.

You will not regret taking a chance on Codie. She has made my quality of Life so much better! She is Very Good at what she does. She is a Freaking Pitbull when it comes to those problem areas and in my experience, she is unable to blow Smoke Every road she has led me down has been the right Road! Worth Every single Penny!

Codie is the rock on which I built my recovery from three falls in recent years and an unfortunate hyperextension of an achilles tendon. In the process of guiding my physical recovery, she more importantly helped me find a way out of a growing depression. And when I posed a question she couldn't answer directly, she helped me find other sources of information and experience that could. She turned the process of growing old into an an adventure in living.
