Inspired by her desire to discover true happiness and self-understanding…Lana began her journey with Reiki and was attuned in 2006 by her teacher Doris Giles of the Therapeutic Resource Center.  For four years she did an intensive study with Doris which lead to her studying with Rosemary Noel from the Masters Healing Light Academy for several modalities of Reiki, Chi and Chakra Healing.  It was with her that she was attuned to the master level of Usui Reiki.  She is a member of Healing Touch Professional Association, and International Center for Reiki Training.    

Along the way, Lana became a Healing Touch Level 2 practitioner, and Intuitive Soul Healer, which allows the highest opportunity for healing the body, soul and mind.  Through her experience in energy work, Lana is now able to work with The Wellness Key, LLC in Kannapolis, NC. 

As a Holistic Therapist, Lana offers Spiritual Coaching Sessions and Angel Card Therapy to provide Intuitive insight to life's concerns, and matters of importance.  Her coaching helps to bring balance of energy to the essence of life.  Lana continues to learn & grow on her exciting journey and wants to inspire people to discover who they truly are on a mental, physical and emotional level.
