I have been a massage therapist for 9 years and have studied a  number of modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, Thai yoga massage, Lomi Lomi, sports massage, myofascial release and energy work.  I am certified in prenatal massage and greatly enjoy working with women throughout the childbearing year and into the postpartum period.  I use a holistic approach to my work; it has depth, rhythm and flow and draws upon the full breadth of my knowledge to create sessions that are tailored to your needs and preferences.

Had a deep tissue massage with hot stones. Top notch. Really helped problem areas (neck, IT bands) while being both relaxing and therapeutic. Kate is a skilled professional to be sure.
