Originally from southeast Montana, I grew up on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation, where the morning star is the tribal emblem and a healing symbol. I became a LMT in 2004 after attending the Montana School of Massage in Missoula. I then moved to New York City where I became a dance teacher, Pilates instructor and personal trainer. This experience helped me realize my passion for studying health. I graduated from the University of Montana, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health & Human Performance, Community Health, with a minor in Dance.
