By realizing the closeness of nature and human touch, my life entered a new phase, and I found a better balance of activity, rest, healthy relationships and the advantages of natural health practices. This has all helped me grow into a more caring and considerate person, and this is the person you will meet when you come to my massage table. I look forward to every opportunity to assist folks in relaxing to the point where self healing begins. 
The name, "Relax & Picture This" is derived from my two-fold business. For many years, prior to and since attending Kalamazoo Center for the Healing Arts, I have used my talents to create original picture framing and craft projects. It still is gratifying to see the results of that work come together.
