I wanted to become a massage therapist because I enjoy helping others feel better. I have always loved cooking large feasts for friends while making sure they are happy and comfortable. Being a massage therapist takes that one step more I know how to help people I know to live life with less pain and stress! I am honored that my job brings smiles to peoples faces everyday. I graduated December 2011 from Cumberland Institute of Holistic and Therapeutic Massage in Brentwood, TN. I have been practicing massage therapy in Knoxville since 2012. In my practice, I found I am most drawn to Jin Shin Do Acupressure and Myo-fascial release. I was trained in Swedish, deep tissue, applied kinesiology, temple style Lomi Lomi and cranial-sacral techniques.

I love all of the outdoorsy things that are around Knoxville. I love camping, hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, and bike riding. I'm currently training to be an aerialist I like aerial fabrics the most! When I'm not working or playing outside I'm usually hanging out with my husband and daughter, tending to my many pets, cooking yummy food and planning my family's next adventure.
