I use a technique that I have been studying for the last 3 years called Advanced Myofascial Technique. Usually there is some movement involved, and there is a wide variety of work that is generally found to be effective for pain relief, increased body awareness, and easier movement. I am close to being certified at the first level, and would be happy to tell you more about it.

Juliet brings a warmth and understanding of anatomy to her sessions. She is often exploratory In helping discover what is the root issue with pain in the body. I absolutely loved the hot salt rock massage treatment towards the end and the hot towel on my feet! I always leave feeling nurtured and taken care of
