REVIEWS for my Bodywork services

I enjoyed the experience, especially having someone I know work on me. Erika’s additional training as a physical therapist is such a bonus. She knows her stuff!

With Erika's background training...she makes an excellent massage therapist! She knows exactly how to work tissue all around my injuries without irritating them in addition to relaxing the other areas of my body. Her knowledge of the body construct is extensive. If she recommends cupping or scraping...trust that she knows why you need it. She also takes great care in using these tools....and not "over-using" them which is very important.

Erika takes the time to understand where you’re at, physically, then tailors her technique/approach accordingly.

Wonderful experience!! Erika goes above and beyond.

There was nothing I didn’t like! I love that Erika tunes into any special needs/concerns and knows exactly how to fine tune the massage to be even more effective. I appreciate that time is taken before the massage for any questions or areas of concern, and the same at the end. I have never felt rushed, and have always felt that genuine care and concern are given. For me, having a massage therapist who is also a physical therapist is a win/win, since she was recommended to me following many weeks of physical therapy for myself. I will now continue these visits on a regular basis. ????????????
