Daniel is awesome & he was very honest with me about massage therapy suggesting I may want to try a different approach to the tightness & pain in my muscles .I tried a crano-sacral massage I felt very relaxed .I will continue to work with Daniel also

Daniel was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing and why. He was very informative and also gave me recommendations on small exercises and stretches that will hopefully keep me from NEEDING a massage so often.

Daniel was awesome to work with. I got into his schedule on an emergency with a lot of pain. He gave me wise feedback, was personable, professional, and provided me with excellent resources and recommendations to continue with self-care at home. I went from having my neck locked up and feeling pinching in nerves, to being able to turn my head all the way over my shoulder again without pain by the next morning, but had considerable relief the same day and by the end of the session. His knowledge of the body and techniques customized to my needs were perfect for me yesterday. I have another Massage Rx I have worked with on a regular basis who suggested an augment with Daniel, and as usual, she was right on the money for my needs. Between Cranial, Cupping, and now Daniel’s neuromuscular training and treatment, this girl is a super satisfied client. Feeling so much gratitude today once again, for the gift of Chapel Hill and their awesome professionals.
