She adjusted her schedule to accommodate a last minute request. She also took time to figure out exactly what I needed and was very professional and thorough. It was my first visit, but I booked a follow up visit while I was still on site. Highly recommended.

So relaxing! Kristen is experienced, has strong fingers, knowledge of the anatomy, and a gentle voice. My neighbor told me cupping would help with recent hard, scar tissue after my recent surgery. What the heck is cupping?? Kristen has had additional training in cupping and it was very soothing and I could feel the suction pulling my deeper tissues. Time will tell, but I am confident this will greatly improve the tissues surrounding my incision. For my situation, this is not a one-and-done situation, but my foot felt better the next morning.

Kristen is very personable and I just enjoy the experience of her massages. Answers questions honestly (which I appreciate) even though they might be beyond what she is required to do, you can tell she cares.
