Alice Kim L.Ac is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of New Jersey. She received her Master’s of Classical Chinese Acupuncture from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She is Nationally Board Certified in Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) .

Alice believes in that ultimate healing comes from balance in all facets of the person, her goal is to educate and help patients achieve this delicate balance. Her passion is guiding the patients to shine their Spirit. She believes the expression of the true self is the first step into healing.

In search for her true self, she has taken many steps into different parts of the world. She organizes medical missions to Guatemala and Dominican Republic to bring acupuncture and Chinese medicine to the population who are in need of healthcare. She has also been a resident Acupuncturist for Canyon Ranch as part of the Oceania Riviera cruise line. These two vastly different experiences as an Acupuncturist has taught Alice to see beyond what is apparent and that all human beings, beyond their socio-economic background, are wanting to strive for their happiness and well-being. Alice wishes to honor this momentum for every patient she sees.

Alice is incredible! I started acupuncture for my painful and heavy cycles - during my first appointment we talked through what the commitment would look like to see results and boy did her treatments work for me. Originally we thought it would be a few months, but Alice really listens to you and tailors each appointment to your needs. After just 5 visits my pain was almost fully resolved, my periods became shorter and more manageable - truly helping my anxiety around this time. I highly recommend acupuncture for hormonal help and could not recommend Alice more.

I cannot recommend Alice enough! She is incredibly thoughtful and consultative with her approach - as well as exceptionally knowledgeable and generous with her knowledge about Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has helped me with women's health issues, nervous system regulation and digestion- and I have seen tangible improvement in these areas! Her treatments are incredibly calming, and she takes great care in providing a customized, thorough treatment based on your needs.

I started out new to acupuncture, a little scared of needles. But Alice creates such a calming atmosphere, listening with such genuine care that it really helped make me feel comfortable. (And the needles aren’t as scary as they sound!) Now I look forward to every session and have also seen some improvements in the health conditions that brought me to explore acupuncture in the first place.
