Over 10 years ago I was working out 6 days a week, sometimes twice a day.  I began to receive massage therapy on a regular basis to help relieve my sore muscles, improve my flexibility and performance. My work outs the following day were greatly improved.

Massage therapy offered me a way to take care of my body, mind, and spirit; for when you work the body, the mind and spirit are affected as well. I was so moved by my personal transformation during the course of regular massage maintenance, I wanted to offer that experience to others. So I began my training, took a leap of faith and left my steady job to open my own practice and I've never looked back. 

It is an honor and blessing to work with such amazing clients, to witness their transformation of pain to relief, from poor posture to a balance of structure, and the removal of stress to a sense of well-being.

Wow, what an amazing SER session I had today! I arrived at my appointment anxious, stressed with sore muscles and sciatic pain. It was my first experience with Somatic Emotional Release. I learned that our bodies hold residual effects from past events, that can be released and healed if you are fortunate enough to be working with a highly skilled, compassionate, and supportive therapist like Carolyn Stern. I truly left feeling like a huge weight was lifted from me after releasing residual emotions from a trauma that occurred over 60 years ago. What an incredible healing experience.

Craniosacral Therapy is the most amazing thing in the ever so skilled hands of Carolyn. It is by far the best massage I ever had. While I cannot explain it, it works. You can feel blocked energy moving while being totally relaxed and aches and pains just disappear . I haven’t felt this good in a long time. Carolyn truly has the hands of an angel. I highly recommend anyone to try it. Be prepared to be amazed.

Carolyn is a talented professional therapeutic massage therapist. I go to her for massage therapy for bulging disks in my neck to prevent neck shoulder and arm pain. Her massages have been extremely effective at keeping my pain at bay.
