Through different modalities – such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and NMT/Trigger Point Therapy – my goal is to help provide you with an overall sense of healing and balance. I enjoy being able to relieve the everyday tensions and stresses that today's world can bring, and it's very rewarding to help people find a sense of balance in their lives.

I graduated from Keiser Career College (formerly the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage) in Jacksonville, FL, where I graduated at the top of my class with a diploma in Professional Clinical Massage Therapy and subsequently received my certification in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (NMT).

I am licensed through the Florida Board of Massage Therapy, and I have been a licensed massage therapist for ten years. During that time, I have had the privilege to work with a variety of local chiropractors, wellness centers, salons/spas, and professional athletes. In addition to being an active massage therapist, I am also licensed as a physical therapist assistant.
